Who we are

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Who processes data for us
We use these providers to run Foundwell. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us:
- Stripe (payments and invoices). For the 7-Day Playbook, Stripe acts as the seller of record and processes the purchase under its own terms.
- MailerLite (email list and automated emails).
- Google Workspace (our email).
- Lovable (website hosting).
- Cloudflare (domain name system).
- Anthropic (AI tools we use to write, build and answer emails). Content you send us, such as your business description, may be processed by these tools to prepare your deliverables.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Checklist and email course subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Customers: for as long as we provide the service, then invoices and accounting records for 5 years after the end of the tax year, as Polish law requires.
- Support emails: up to 3 years after the last message.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and you can withdraw consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). Write to support@foundwell.ai and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your country.
Cookies
The site uses only cookies that are needed for it to work. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
